5. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to SimplyNP will continue until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
- Yearly Plans: For yearly subscriptions, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, your subscription is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current yearly billing cycle.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable to yearly subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. However, they can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Cancel and Request a Refund
- To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at support@simplynp.com with your request.
- To request a refund for a yearly subscription canceled within the first 30 days, please email support@simplynp.com with your request, providing your purchase details.
Refund Processing
- Refunds for eligible yearly subscriptions will be processed within 30 days from the date of your refund request.
Post-Cancellation Access
- After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to SimplyNP until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your access will be revoked.
6. User Content
a. Our Website may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
b. By posting content on our Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right to access, use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

In no event shall SimplyNP or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Website.
